I have arrived...

Just to let everyone know that I arrived safely to South Africa. The flight was long but I got bumped to first class for the first half. The second half I had four seats to my self - no complaints!!!!! I will update soon. Peace.

Nice to see that you arrived safely. It was too bad that you couldn't stop by before you had to go. My blog is baceman007.blogspot.com (aka Minister of Common Sense) but I don't allow anonymous comments. Anyway, these pictures are amazing. I really liked the auto claves. So you're teaching music. I'm curious, as a spoiled American I learned how to read music at an early age. Is that where you're starting? Please elaborate.

The 100 dollar linux computer
- By the way, as long as we're kind of on the subject of Africa, did you see the 100 dollar Linux computer from MIT geared at getting poor school chilren in remote parts of the world into computing? It's dope. Bill Gates in none to happy about it but that has to do with his interest in Africa not what they can actually afford which is not MS. I know I know he donates, but his products are too expensive for that market. Anyway, has anything like this made it to your village yet? As a Linux fanatic I'm very interested in the African penetration of this OS since it's perfect for the people there. Well I think perfect for most people everywhere, but now I'm about to rant so I'll stop.
